KFC Shift Manager

Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00
Responsibilities- Driving excellence in customer service
- Maintaining company standards in product and facility specifications
- Reviewing food handling procedures
- Assessing operational processes
- Assisting management in routine administrative and operational tasks within the restaurant
- Providing training, coaching, and feedback for hourly employees
- Assuming full responsibility for the opening and closing of the restaurant when management is unavailable, while maintaining administrative control but not authorized to serve in a managerial capacity
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Equifax clearance
Work Hours:
3 - 10 hours per shift, 5 days per week
