Shift leader, Restaurant​/Food Service

If you have prior restaurant experience, you may qualify.

• Lead the shift by directing team members to deliver great-tasting food and friendly, efficient service.
• Mentor and support team members; tackle problems and seek help when appropriate.
• Ensure operational standards, quality, and safety are maintained throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with management to optimize staffing, training, and overall restaurant performance.

• Prior restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Willingness to take initiative, provide guidance, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Wendy's® Shift Leaders: $16 - $18 per hour based on experience and restaurant location
