- Accurately prepare and fill all guest orders in a timely manner
- Serve guests efficiently and professionally
, ensuring speed and accuracy - Cook menu items following Buffalo Wild Wings standards and recipes
- Prepare food and complete prep tasks as assigned
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen, equipment, and dining areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Support inventory handling, stocking, and organization as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet service and performance goals
- Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by upper management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and follow brand standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and cleaning
- Prior restaurant or quick-service experience preferred, but not required
