Crew Member – Front Counter & Expo

Chanos Latin Kitchen is looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Crew Member to join our team. This position is mainly for the front counter and expo station, but the right person should be willing to help in different areas of the restaurant when needed.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term.

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional way
• Take orders accurately in the POS system
• Answer customer questions about the menu
• Handle payments correctly
• Keep the front area clean, organized, and welcoming

• Check every order carefully before it leaves the restaurant
• Make sure all items, sauces, drinks, chips, utensils, and special instructions are included
• Pack pickup and delivery orders neatly and accurately
• Communicate with kitchen staff when something is missing or incorrect
• Help keep orders moving quickly during busy times

• Restock supplies, sauces, bags, napkins, utensils, and drinks
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Support the kitchen, front counter, and management team as needed
• Follow food safety, cleanliness, and company procedures
• Work as part of a team and stay calm during rush hours

• Friendly, responsible, and dependable person
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work fast while staying accurate
• Good communication with customers and team members
• Willingness to help wherever needed
• Restaurant or cashier experience is a plus, but we can train the right person
• Someone looking for a stable, long-term position

Part-time position. Must be available during busy restaurant hours, including weekends. We are looking for year-round team members, not seasonal or short-term help.

Quick service or fast food restaurant experience: preferred

Spanish preferred
