We are seeking a caring and compassionate Cook to join our Full-Time team at Runnells Rehab Center in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys cooking and serving the elderly community, as well as our team members and guests.

• Plan daily menus that include options for special dietary restrictions

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for admitted patients

• Work alongside other kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations

• Take inventory of dishes and ingredients

• Clean the kitchen after mealtimes

• Log meals cooked for patients

• Work a variety of shifts throughout the week to meet patient needs

• 1 year of experience in a similar role

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
