Position: Seasonal Stocking Associate / Merchandiser
Location: North Brunswick Township

As a Seasonal Team Member, you play an essential role in the customer service experience by providing fast and friendly service during our busy store opening and holiday season. You will build relationships with customers, process transactions, maintain floor merchandise and inventory standards, answer questions, and ensure customers leave feeling positive about their visit. You will generally focus on merchandising responsibilities, but may also be assigned sales, front end or other responsibilities as needed.

Internally you will be referred to as Merchandiser and you will report to the store management team. You can expect this position to be short term, no longer than six months, and you will have the option to apply for a non‑seasonal role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize product inventory: process freight, organize and distribute inventory, pull and stock merchandise, build displays and end caps, place signage, and support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in‑store and curbside pick‑up and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned.
  • Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing them about products and services.
  • Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
  • Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
  • Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
  • Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws – if delivery is added as an essential job function.
What We’re Looking For
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
  • 1‑3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred
  • Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends
Physical Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8‑10 hours a day
  • Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly
  • May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday
