What You'll Do:
- Welcome customers with a friendly smile and helpful attitude
- Handle customer payments and rewards accounts
- Keep toppings stocked, machines clean, and the shop looking great
- Share the scoop on flavors, promotions, and fan favorites
- Help set the vibe-music, cleanliness, and happy customers
- Assist with in-store activities like samples, games, or events
- Help proactively with social media, offer ideas for fun content
- A positive attitude and love for working with people
