What you’ll do:

• Generate sales to support the store in meeting or exceeding financial goals by creating memorable customer experiences.
• Host the party by communicating the brand’s core values to customers through the team.
• Exemplify the company values:
  Passion, Service, Integrity, Commitment, Teamwork, and Fun.
• Execute the “door to floor” concept from receiving shipment to setting the floor with new inventory.
• Develop and train the crew on product, presentation, and process, providing ongoing coaching and onboarding.
• Open and close the store.
• Drive results, maintain accountability, build talent, act as a change agent, and contribute vision and strategy while maintaining balance.

DOR Overview: In addition to core responsibilities, you will take on a Division of Responsibility (DOR) – a set of distinct responsibilities assigned to leaders to ensure clarity around execution. DORs rotate during the year.

• Minimum one year of retail leadership experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Charismatic personality and passion for the brand and community.
• Proven track record of driving sales and strong interpersonal communication.
• Experience and enthusiasm for leading and mentoring a team.
• Team-focused, confident, and professional demeanor.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to plan, manage time, and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment.

• Stand and move for extended periods.
• Reach, carry, bend, and occasionally climb ladders.
• Lift up to 40 pounds, unless accommodation is requested.

• Weekend availability required; schedule will depend on business needs.
• 20–30 hours per week on average for part‑time status.
• Seasonal: 25–40 hours per week during peak periods.

Hourly Range: $16.60–$21.05
