Shop Rite - - Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise all store functions and associates to achieve the organizations goals (sales, profit, customer experience, and associate engagement);
Drive a culture of continuous improvement to positively impact customer experience and associate morale;
Oversee Front End, Bookkeeping, Courtesy, Scanning and Shop Rite From Home operations as applicable;
Ensure safety, compliance, training, and proper equipment usage; enforce company policies and local/state/federal laws;
Monitor staffing, budgeting, merchandising, and store operations to meet budgeted goals and improve customer experience
