LocationTravel up to 90 miles from home. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
ScheduleMonday - Friday. Weekends are not required. Flexible or fixed shifts based on availability. Some early morning or holiday assignments may be needed.
OverviewRetail Display Installer – Technology. Field Service Representative for leading tech brands including Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. Install and update sales floor fixtures, perform buildouts, resets, and display repairs while following planograms and client directives. Work independently, meet deadlines, and use mobile applications and technology for efficient task completion.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to field services management and maintain consistent communication within 24 hours.
- Keep availability updated and accurate.
- Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install and build displays, endcaps, and fixturing.
- Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys for each job before leaving the site.
- Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
- Conduct break-fix repairs to keep displays and fixtures functional.
- Participate in early-morning installations or teams of two or more, providing solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Submit accurate timecards and report anomalies daily.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Participate in and complete training and certification programs.
- Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
- Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
- Age 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability Monday through Friday, with weekend, holiday, early-morning, and late-night availability required.
- Minimum 20 hours of fieldwork in a rolling 30-day period.
- Physical ability to climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift up to 60 pounds, and perform kneeling, walking, crouching, bending, and overhead tasks.
- Adaptability to adjust to changing tasks and work environments.
- Effective communication via phone, text, and email, with use of a smartphone for clocking, photo uploads, app use, and internet connectivity.
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools and following planogram directives.
- Own an Android or Apple mobile device and navigate communication platforms independently.
- Complete all training assignments within designated time.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, decision-making, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
$18.00 per hour. Next-day pay on demand with Daily Pay. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Paid training.
