• Demonstrate how to help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in‑store.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in‑store.
• Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals while overseeing all store functions, from sales and inventory to the implementation of new store programs and initiatives.
• Sell personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan to keep customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love, including accessories and emerging Internet of Things (IoT) devices.
• Maintain a top‑performing store environment at all times.
• Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
• Become proficient in digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding, including coverage information, plan benefits, and troubleshooting.
• Complete trainings on the in‑store experience, new skills, processes, and system knowledge.
• Build relationships across channels to own the customer experience and resolve issues seamlessly.
• Identify and handoff small‑business leads and develop strong peer relationships, serving customers and ensuring team accountability.
• Deliver a first‑class customer experience while maintaining a positive work environment.

• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
