  • Part Time / Rotating Shifts / Seasonal
Position Overview

Responsible for product merchandising within large volume stores (Grocery, etc.). Includes stocking shelves, rotating shelf products, setting up displays, stocking and rotating refrigerated products, organizing and rotating storage room items, and moving products from storage to the sales floor. This position requires lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases weighing 20‑45 pounds, as well as bending, reaching, and squatting.

Primary Accountabilities
  • Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with products in assigned accounts.
  • Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
  • Transport products between backroom and shelf locations.
  • Use equipment such as U Boats, hand trucks, and pallet jacks for product transport.
  • Display promotional material such as signs and banners.
  • Maintain back‑room stock in neat and orderly condition.
  • Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi Co management.
  • Build customer relationships at the store level.
  • Comply with operating procedures (scan‑in/scan‑out, designated routes).
  • Service accounts during designated times established by management.
  • Deliver customer service, including communication and rapport building.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Use handheld devices to write or input orders.
  • Maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
Basic Qualifications
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Pass physical capabilities test, if applicable.
  • Have personal transportation to access multi‑store locations within assigned shift.
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
  • Proof of insurance.
Helpful Experience
  • Experience for a retail business or grocery store (understanding store operations, back‑room, and inventory).
  • Experience moving products within a store using equipment such as U‑boats, hand trucks, or pallets.
  • Experience merchandising products (filling shelves, building displays, removing out‑of‑stocks, cleaning shelves).
  • Experience managing back‑room/stock room inventory (organizing pallets, stacking, storing).
  • Experience serving customers (handling complaints, responding to requests).

For positions requiring a personal vehicle for a sales route, mileage reimbursement is provided.
