Salary

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Hourly Wage: $22 - $35 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure the clothing racks, tables and displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
