Responsible for assisting the management team (Captain, First Mates, and Second Mates) in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures the customer experience, supports our brand promise (“Every Day Should Feel This Good”) and makes service a top priority.

• Meet goals and measures
• Develop and maintain relationships with top customers
• Support in-store event sourcing and execution
• Create a customer experience aligned with the brand vision of “Every Day Should Feel This Good”
• Lead email capture and educate new associates on best practices
• Keep customer wish lists current and notify customers when products arrive
• Assist with training new associates
• Foster a welcoming, fun, energetic crew and customer environment
• Assist in recruiting and referring top talent
• Support store and team-building activities with the management team
• Maintain loss prevention awareness and a clean, tidy store
• Maintain merchandising per company standards, current floor set, and brand initiatives
• Contribute to weekly product feedback

Salary range: $15.96 - $17.62 per hour. PT benefits not offered.
