Job Summary

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. As part of the store leadership team, the Key Lead drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/point‑of‑sale systems.
• Fulfill omni‑channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.

• High school diploma, G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, assertive, confident, and proactive.
• Adaptable, flexible, detail‑oriented, capable of balancing multiple tasks.
• Strong work ethic.

Schedule varies weekly; expect at least 12–16 hours per week, including Saturday, Sunday, and certain holidays. Hours may increase during peak periods. The starting rate is $18.60 per hour; the range may be modified in the future.
