Position Summary

Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family, shaping the future of health care by providing customer‑focused service in a leading retail setting.

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving potential issues.
• Offer a warm greeting, maintain eye contact, and assist customers in locating items.
• Perform cashier duties accurately, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions while following company policies.
• Maintain the sales floor: restock shelves, check in vendors, update pricing, and complete inventory management tasks as directed.
• Support opening and closing store activities when needed.
• Provide customer support across all departments, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when required, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of growth opportunities.
• Advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support better health.

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Physical ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods; lift up to 35 lbs occasionally, 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly.
• Visual acuity sufficient for computer use, reading, and inspection of small details.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Weekly hours: 25. Time type:
Part time.

Pay range: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour. Actual offer depends on experience, education, geography, and other factors.
