Ollie's Bargain Outlet - 165 White Horse Pike, Suite B - Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and direction for the operation of a store zone;
Oversee merchandising including power aisle compliance, MOS/GVC/Ollie’s Follies, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery;
Ensure store standards and Ops Center compliance, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations;
Oversee the Door to Floor process to ensure merchandise is planned for and received properly and stocked on the sales floor in a timely manner;
Supervise associates operating within the assigned zone and ensure daily tasks are assigned and completed accurately and timely
