Demonstrate knowledge of business on the floor, backroom operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and operation/maintenance of equipment;
Prepare, cut, wrap, trim, and portion meat products according to established standards;
Ensure meat products are properly packaged, labeled, and stored and assist members with purchasing decisions;
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, neat, member-ready area.
