Game Stop - 2001 College Drive - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests and respond to questions, inform guests of promotions, and promote guest benefits.;
Assist Store Manager with scheduling and training of store associates, and ensure compliance with policies.;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager and provide performance feedback.;
Process guest purchases and returns using the POS system accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and receipts.;
Maintain a clean, organized, and merchandised store environment and ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled daily.
