Game Stop - 3-15 Hampton House Road - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager;
Assist with setting guest service expectations and training store associates;
Manage store operations including inventory control and loss prevention practices;
Process guest purchases and returns using the POS system and handle Omni-Channel orders
