Route Runner​/Restocker

About the role
Gala Go Vending is hiring a part-time Route Runner / Restocker to restock smart coolers and vending machines, keep machines clean and organized, and flag issues before they become problems. This is a great fit for someone looking for flexible part-time work with independence.

What you’ll do

• Restock vending machines and smart coolers at assigned locations
• Rotate product and remove expired or damaged items
• Keep machines clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Report machine issues, payment issues, or product requests
• Handle light lifting and transport of snacks/drinks
• Follow a route and complete visits on schedule

What we’re looking for

• Reliable, punctual, and responsive
• Comfortable working independently
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Owns a large car that can fit inventory/has car insurance
• Able to lift 30-40 lbs
• Has a smartphone and is comfortable using photos/forms/text updates
• Bonus if you have retail stocking, delivery, merchandising, or warehouse experience

Schedule

• Part-time, flexible
• Likely 1–3 days/week to start
• Approx. 5–15 hours/week, depending on route growth
