Gibbstown, NJ. Salary range: $15.92 – $18.00 per hour.

• Serves customers according to all company procedures and standards.

Part‑time employees (30 hours a week or less):

• Wage rate $15.49 to $18.00.
• NJ Sick Leave – accrue 1 hour of earned sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 40 hours.
• Eligible for period bonus if store achieves desired goals.

Full‑time employees (32 hours a week or more):

• Wage rate $15.49 to $19.00.
• NJ Sick Leave – accrue 1 hour of earned sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 40 hours.
• Eligible for medical, dental and health insurance.
• Eligible for period bonus if store achieves desired goals.
