- Manage the direct sales team and drive monthly and annual growth goals.
- Develop new accounts and lines of business to achieve sales targets.
- Manage critical customer relationships with Book of Business clients.
- Coordinate and collaborate cross-departmentally with Sales, Consumer Service, Market, and Product.
- Direct problem-solving activities to resolve customer-related issues.
- 5+ years of experience managing a successful sales team.
- Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and other key performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to establish relationships with customers.
- Organized and efficient; comfortable dealing with customers in person, on the phone, or via email.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing disciplines.
