Pay:
Performance-based pay, with an earning potential of $115,000–$175,000 annually

Shifts vary, but we offer a mix of 9 am
-6 pm and 12 pm - close shifts throughout the week, plus full-day Saturdays.

You spend your day welcoming customers and guiding them through every step of the buying process. With each interaction, you build trust by listening carefully to their needs, budget, and lifestyle. You showcase vehicles through engaging presentations and exciting test drives, turning interest into confidence. While achieving sales goals, you keep the focus on transparency and customer satisfaction, creating seamless experiences that encourage repeat and referral business.

Along the way, you leverage our CRM and digital tools, collaborating with your sales and finance teammates to deliver world-class results.

• Valid driver s license
• A clean driving record
• High school diploma
• 2+ years of automotive sales experience or applicable industry sales experience

Although not required, proficiency with Vin Solutions, bilingual language abilities, and experience working at a high-volume car dealership are preferred.
