In this role, you will meet with prospective clients, assess their home improvement needs, and present tailored solutions using our premium products-Metal Roofing, Marvin Windows, and James Hardie Siding. The ideal candidate is a confident closer who thrives on building trust with clients, delivering value-driven presentations, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with qualified leads in person or virtually to understand their needs and present solutions.
  • Deliver professional, consultative sales presentations tailored to the client's project goals.
  • Accurately measure, scope, and price projects based on client specifications.
  • Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
  • Follow up with clients to address questions, provide additional information, and secure commitments.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities, proposals, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the installation and project management teams to ensure smooth project handoffs.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of proven success in closing sales, preferably in home improvement, construction, or related industries.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to build trust quickly and maintain client relationships.
  • Comfortable working in a commission-only structure with high earning potential.
  • Basic computer skills and experience using CRM software.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Schedule
  • Full-Time – Monday through Friday

Location

Hybrid role based in the Greater Philadelphia area, with travel to client homes for consultations.
