About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Sales Coordinator to support our US sales team and help keep deals, conversations, and follow-ups moving forward. This is an entry-level role for someone who loves organisation, enjoys working with people, and wants to learn the ins and outs of high-tech sales in a real startup environment. We’re not corporate. We’re a close-knit, supportive team that moves fast, helps each other out, and celebrates wins together.

Responsibilities
  • Support the US sales team with day-to-day coordination and follow-ups
  • Capture notes, feedback, and action items from meetings and customer calls
  • Track opportunities, next steps, and internal deliverables
  • Proactively follow up with sales reps and internal teams to make sure things get done
  • Keep CRM data clean, accurate, and up to date
  • Prepare simple updates and summaries for sales leadership
  • Be the glue that helps the sales team stay focused, organised, and moving fast
Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in sales support, operations, admin, or customer-facing roles

Required Skills
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
  • Friendly, confident communicator who isn’t afraid to follow up and ask questions
  • Excited by startups, innovation, and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work in-office and support US business hours
  • Curious, dependable, and eager to learn
Preferred Skills
  • Any knowledge of or exposure to water infrastructure, utilities, or fiber-optic telecommunications
  • Experience in B2B or technical environments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Hub Spot
