GROWMARK FS has about 500 employees (including seasonal workers) and approximately 13,000 customers. The cooperative does business in seed, agronomy, energy, crop protection, precision agriculture, and custom application. We are looking for a Crop Specialist that is eager to go above and beyond helping our customers reach their goals by demonstrating expert knowledge of our products and services. A few key areas of emphasis include:

• Setting and meetings sales goals determined by both you and your supervisor
• Implementing marketing plans and developing sales strategies that generate profitable sales in an assigned territory
• Developing territory and competitive analysis to maintain a current knowledge of the marketplace and competition

• Associate's Degree, eagerness to learn, passion and motivation for exceeding goals
• 2 years in a related field
• An understanding of production agriculture
• A knack for relationship building and problem-solving
• Ability to obtain the following professional certifications: CCA, CCS, CPAg, and Commercial Applicator license
• Ability to work in all weather and noise conditions
• Ability to work around dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measures
• Ability to lift 51-75 lbs.
