Sales Representative – 118 Route 17 North, Upper Saddle River, New Jersey 07458. Tru Green accepts applications on an ongoing basis.

• Engage with homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their lawn care needs and provide tailored service solutions.
• Conduct door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm.
• Customize sales messaging to match each household’s unique lawn care requirements.
• Convert inquiries into contracts using a proven sales methodology.
• Track interactions and performance in a CRM, measuring activity and results.
• Cross‑sell and upsell complementary lawn care products and services.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but enthusiasm and hustle are valued.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Strong communication skills for both small talk and closing.
• Excellent time‑management and self‑starter attitude.
• Comfortable with technology and mobile devices.
• Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds outdoors.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English.
• Must be physically located in the United States while performing the job.
