KITCHEN AND BATH CABINETRY SALES ASSOCIATE – Succasunna
Do you have a passion for design, creativity, and helping customers bring their dream kitchens and bathrooms to life? We are looking for a talented and energetic Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry Sales Associate to join our growing team.
In this role, you’ll work directly with homeowners, contractors, and trade professionals to create functional, stylish spaces while delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Help customers select cabinetry, countertops, hardware, and finishes that fit their style and budget
- Design beautiful and practical kitchen and bath layouts
- Use 20/20 Design software to bring customer ideas to life
- Read blueprints and create accurate project estimates and quotes
- Coordinate orders with approved vendors and ensure smooth project execution
- Stay up to date on the latest trends in kitchen, bath, and interior design
- Build lasting relationships through outstanding customer service
- Work closely with homeowners, builders, and contractors throughout the project process
- Some weekend availability may be needed
- 2–4 years of kitchen/bath sales or design experience
- Proficiency with 20/20 design software and blueprint reading
- Strong math, computer, and communication skills
- High School diploma or GED required; design certification preferred
- 2–4 years of kitchen & bath sales and design experience preferred
- Experience with cabinetry, countertops, hardware, and interior finishes
- Proficiency with 20/20 Design software preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and measurements accurately
- Strong communication, organizational, math, and computer skills
- Creative eye for design with a practical, customer-focused mindset
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Interior design or kitchen & bath certification is a plus
- Experience working with contractors, builders, or trade professionals preferred
- Passion for home improvement, interior design, and current industry trends
