Sales Development Executive (SDE)
We are looking for our next Sales Development Executive (SDE) to join our team and Digital Hub in Barcelona! Within the SDE team, our purpose is to be a game changer in the software industry by delighting and offering our customers a memorable digital experience. Our mission is to increase sales productivity by generating highly qualified pipeline that converts into won revenue.
The primary responsibility of the SAP Sales Development Executive is to engage with our Net New customers through digital selling methodologies and techniques, build and manage a pipeline of software license opportunities and incremental revenue aligned with Sales Executives.
As an integral part of the account team, the Sales Development Executive leverages multiple resources, including among others, marketing, sales, presales teams, partners and innovative tools to engage with our Net New customers in a given territory. Expectationsand Responsibilities
Challenge yourself by selling the essential value of our cloud solutions to our Mid-Size prospects. Take the opportunity to grow with one of the most successful field sales organizations in the world as a Sales Development Executive. The primary responsibility of a SDE is to build and manage a pipeline of software license opportunities and incremental revenue by systematic upselling and cross-selling aligned with Mid-Market Sales executives.
He/she drives opportunity qualifications and manages the opportunities in the pipeline. The focus lies on selling an increasing portfolio of "volume-ready" offerings. As an integral part of the account team, the associate leverages other SAP & Partner resources, including presales teams, to drive opportunities to closure. The associate will support Mid-market sales in closing deals.
- Accelerate Volume Business Sales (75%)
- Partner in contacting relevant persons in the company in order to:
Make sure decision makers in target Company have all relevant details and messages to drive decision process. - Look for additional opportunities to further enhance contact such as digital resources or events.
- Nurture and Accelerate opportunities already in pipeline with a closing date in 2+ quarters. This nurturing is proactive. PSDE will partner with the Mid-market sales executive & SAP.
- Watch for any stalled pipeline and initiate recovery procedures. Triage any opportunities that may not be ready to progress for opportunity nurture or downgrade to lead nurture process.
- Generate Volume Business Pipe Line (25%)
- Plan call strategy and action plan in alignment with the Mid-market Sales Team & local marketing
- Drive proactive outbound call activity into net new contacts.
- Meet ambitious sales- and Demand Generation targets

Preferred Skills, Experience and Behavioral TraitsEnglish (Mandatory) Fluent English (Mandatory) Portuguese is a plus Graduated with a University degree in Business Administration / IT / Digital Transformation or other disciplines 3-4 years experience of B2B Demand Generation and/or Sales Experience working in a software sales organization is a plus.
