Bridgewater Motorworks is seeking a full-time, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. The role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, personable, and strong with follow-through.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and technicians—ensuring clear communication, accurate service recommendations, and a premium customer experience from start to finish.

• Base Salary: $55,000 – $60,000
• Bonus:
  Percentage of GP (potential additional $12,000+ based on prior year)

• Strong earning potential: $55,000 – $60,000 base + GP-based bonus (potential $12,000+)
