A rapidly growing car wash chain based in Central New Jersey is seeking a Sales Associate to drive growth and profitability at the site. We are seeking a Sales Associate who can successfully welcome guests, convert retail customers into Unlimited Wash Club members while maintaining a high degree of engagement and morale.

The Ideal Candidate :

Proactively manages customer engagement at the car wash Works directly with Senior Site Management to make strategic recommendations on process improvements.

Sets a positive example promoting teamwork.

Consistently demonstrates the ability to convey the value proposition of the Unlimited Wash Club.

Pay: $15.92/hour + commissions and tips
