Allstate Agency is seeking a disciplined and resilient Sales Representative to support our sales team through high-volume outbound calling.
This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable spending most of the day on the phone, can handle rejection without losing momentum, and stays consistent in a performance-driven environment.
Your primary responsibility will be generating opportunities for our licensed agents by engaging prospects, creating interest, and setting qualified appointments. Success in this role comes from consistency, work ethic, and the ability to stay focused despite frequent rejection.
This is a high-call-volume role where rejection is part of the process—candidates who are not comfortable making outbound calls for most of the day or who are easily discouraged will not find this position to be a fit. Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to current and prospective clients
- Introduce our services and generate interest in quotes and consultations
- Qualify prospects and gather key information for sales agents
- Schedule appointments and transfer qualified opportunities
- Follow call structure while maintaining a natural and confident tone
- Track activity and results in CRM or agency systems
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call volume and lead generation targets
- Prior experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, call center, or high-volume phone work preferred
- Comfortable making repetitive outbound calls for extended periods of time
- Strong communication skills and confident phone presence
- Ability to handle rejection and remain consistent without losing motivation
- Self-disciplined, dependable, and results-driven
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a metrics-driven environment
- Ability to commute or relocate:
West Caldwell, NJ 07006—reliable commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) - High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- College degree or coursework (Preferred)
- Outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Bilingual (Preferred)
Pay: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year (Base + Performance Incentives)
