We're scaling our outbound engine in Barcelona. The base is there. Now it's about raising the level and setting a real pace.

This is not a "manage from distance" role. You lead from the front.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and push a team of SDRs on outbound pipeline
• Stay hands-on: cold calls, messaging, sequences, objections
• Build pipeline and drive daily execution
• Define territory, accounts, and outbound approach
• Spot gaps fast and fix them
• Work closely with Head of Sales to scale the team
• Set the standard on intensity and output

You're in the trenches. Driving, not observing.

Who This Is For

• Outbound sales experience + some leadership exposure
• Strong in cold calling, sequences, objection handling
• French fluent + English solid
• Hands-on, numbers-driven, ownership mindset
• Executes fast, doesn't overthink
• Can bring structure without slowing things down
