• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM to track progress and client interactions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and foster a supportive environment
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and learn from experienced agents

• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
• Proven track record of being self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with CRM systems or a willingness to learn
