MCA Broker

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven MCA Broker to originate, structure, and close merchant cash advance deals. You will generate and manage a pipeline of business owners seeking capital, match them with the right funding products through our network of lenders, and guide deals from application through funding. This is a high-energy sales role with significant earning potential for closers who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, emails, referrals, and provided leads
• Qualify merchants by reviewing bank statements, revenue history, credit profiles, and funding needs
• Present funding options clearly and honestly, explaining terms, factor rates, payback structures, and fees
• Submit complete, accurate deal packages to funders and negotiate offers on behalf of clients
• Manage the full deal lifecycle: application, underwriting follow-up, stipulations, contracts, and funding
• Maintain a robust pipeline in the CRM with accurate notes, statuses, and follow-up activity
• Build long-term relationships with clients for renewals, add-on funding, and referrals
• Stay current on funder guidelines, industry regulations, and compliance requirements
• Meet or exceed monthly funding volume and revenue targets
