Job Opportunity

Toyota of Runnemede is currently looking to hire multiple Automotive Service BDC Representatives. Previous automotive service or BDC experience is a plus but not required. A strong customer service/sales background with a proven record of performance and job stability are required. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Making outbound calls following up with customer inquiries and future retention (100 – 200 calls daily)
• Organized and ambitious self-starter
• Enthusiastic personality
• Knowledge of dealership procedures preferred, but not required
• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Computer literacy
• Prompt & courteous
• Professional personal appearance & excellent verbal/written communication
• Must have clean & valid driver's license
• Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• Reliable, self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Understanding the importance of listening and being empathetic
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• At least one year of prior employment involving customer-facing service or telephone contact
• Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude
