We’re looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused Wellness Membership Advisor (Front Desk / Customer Service & Sales) to be the welcoming face of our studio. If you have a positive attitude, love helping people, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!

Our Wellness Membership Advisors play an essential role in creating an exceptional client experience while helping our studio grow through outstanding customer service and membership sales.

• Welcome every client with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their wellness goals and recommending the membership that best fits their needs.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, check clients in and out, and process payments.
• Communicate effectively with massage therapists and fellow team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Meet and exceed membership sales goals (30%+ conversion target).
• Stay organized, maintain accuracy, and multitask efficiently during busy periods.
• Perform light cleaning and help maintain a clean, relaxing, and professional studio environment.

• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable discussing wellness memberships and recommending services.

• Position:
  Full-Time
• Shift Length: 6–8 hours
• Schedule:
  
  Flexible availability required, including evenings and weekends.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of customer service experience.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
