Crunch Fitness in Midland Park, NJ is looking for a motivated Fitness Membership Consultant to join our team! As a Membership Consultant, you'll be the face of Crunch — helping new members start their fitness journey, building community connections, and driving membership growth. Position is 25 hours per week with the potential of turning into full-time in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive external membership sales and bring new business into the club
• Give engaging tours and offer trial memberships to prospective members
• Activate new memberships and upgrade existing ones
• Build strong relationships with members, prospects, and local businesses
• Participate in community events and create partnerships with local vendors
• Collaborate with ownership and marketing to execute promotional campaigns
• Assist with front desk duties which include greeting members, answering phones, and helping at the juice bar
• Consistently strive to meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience required (fitness industry experience preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and friendly personality
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
