Marketing Communications, Client Relationship Management, CRM Systems & Management
If you remember every name, fill every room, and stay connected with people long after the first conversation, this role is worth your attention.
Alpha is reimagining education. Students finish their core academics in two hours daily using AI-powered learning, then dedicate the rest of their time to building critical skills: entrepreneurship, communication, critical thinking, and real-world execution. Families don't select Alpha because of advertising. They choose it because they encounter something unavailable anywhere else. This position exists to deliver that encounter. You'll develop and expand the community that attracts exceptional families to Alpha and enables them to choose us confidently over every competing school.
You'll lead the human dimension of admissions—from a family's first event through final enrollment—designing memorable experiences that establish trust well before any commitment is required. You'll organize events, cultivate relationships, personally guide prospective families, and convert accepted students into enrolled students. This position suits someone who has previously built authentic communities, thrives when surrounded by people, and recognizes that relationships fuel important decisions.
You'll collaborate directly with the Director of Admissions, Heads of School, and Admissions Associate while contributing to the playbook that will define Alpha's growth trajectory.
If you've created communities people genuinely wanted to join and you're energized by the chance to help reshape education, we want to connect with you.
What You Will Be Doing- Plan and deliver high-impact community experiences, including information sessions, campus tours, parent dinners, school fairs, accepted-family gatherings, and partner events.
- Develop meaningful connections with prospective families, supporting them from first inquiry through application and sustaining consistent, personalized communication.
- Take ownership of high school enrollment yield by designing experiences and outreach strategies that turn accepted families into enrolled families.
- Establish and energize a robust community of current parents, prospective families, and ambassadors who enhance Alpha's reputation and drive referrals.
- Keep CRM records current and work closely with the Admissions Associate and school leadership to deliver a seamless experience for every family.
- Employing aggressive sales techniques or pressuring families who aren't the right match.
- Handling application processing, scheduling interviews, or making admissions decisions.
- Building marketing strategy or brand messaging from the ground up.
- Managing a team rather than personally cultivating relationships and executing events.
- Operating remotely. Community building happens in person.
