ARE YOU THE HVAC COMFORT ADVISOR OUR TEAM NEEDS?

If you can meet the following requirements, we need you as our HVAC Comfort Advisor!

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Ability to work independently and manage appointments effectively

Comfortable discussing pricing and financing options

Strong objection-handling and closing skills

Excellent communication and follow-through

Preferred qualifications include experience in HVAC sales or related home service industries. HVAC technicians and installers interested in sales are encouraged to apply, along with successful sales professionals from sectors like roofing, windows, siding, solar, remodeling, plumbing, electrical, pest control, painting, and automotive.

WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?

In this full-time role, you'll meet with homeowners who are considering replacing or upgrading their heating and cooling systems, assess their current equipment and comfort concerns, and recommend solutions that best fit their needs. Throughout the day, you'll educate customers on equipment options, explain pricing and financing, answer questions, overcome objections, and confidently guide homeowners toward informed decisions.
