Regional Genetic Testing Sales Representative

• Bachelor's degree
• Successful healthcare or laboratory sales experience
  
  Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
• Comfortable and effective with proactive outbound calling and prospecting - a true self-starter who doesn't wait for leads
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills, both by phone and in person
• Existing relationships with Primary Care, OB/GYN, or Urology providers in the Northeast
• Strong territory management and organizational skills, with disciplined CRM and follow-up habits
• Willing and able to travel regularly throughout the regional territory
• Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Base Salary: $75,000
• Total Target Compensation: $140,000-$240,000+ (uncapped commission)
