Our representatives run pre-set, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners who have expressed a need for Roofing Windows Doors or Siding. No cold calling. No Self Generation Required.

What You’ll Do:- Run company-provided, pre-set appointments
- Conduct in-home consultations for roofing and window projects
- Present solutions, pricing, and financing options
- Execute one-call-close presentations
- Follow our proven sales process
- Deliver a professional and consultative customer experience
- Uncapped commission paid weekly
- High-converting, pre-qualified leads
- Team Outings every quarter
- Flexible Schedule after 90 day ramp up period.
- One-call-close sales experience (home improvement preferred)
- Strong objection-handling skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Self-motivated and performance-driven
- Coachable & Open Minded. Our sales process is proven yet differs from many major competitors sales processes.
