Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Woodbury Heights, NJ

Pay: Commission Based - Potential of $80,000+

Overview: We are seeking a high-performing Automotive Sales Executive with experience in domestic brands, specifically Chrysler, Jeep. The ideal candidate understands the domestic buyer, thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment, and consistently meets or exceeds monthly sales targets.

• Engage customers in-person, online, and via phone to identify vehicle needs
• Demonstrate and present Chrysler, Jeep vehicles, features, and financing options
• Execute the full sales cycle: prospecting - demo - negotiation - closing
• Maintain CRM activity and follow-up processes (calls, texts, emails)
• Generate self-sourced business through referrals and prospecting
• Stay current on manufacturer incentives, rebates, and product updates
• Deliver exceptional customer experience to drive repeat and referral business

• 1-3+ years of automotive sales experience (Domestic preferred but not needed)
• Proven track record (10-15+ units/month preferred)
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills
• CRM proficiency and digital lead management experience
• Valid driver’s license
