Vice President, US Sales at a biopharma company launching a novel immunology therapy, barzolvolimab, targeting allergy and dermatological indications in Phase 2 and 3 trials.
Responsibilities- build and lead the US sales organization
- develop go-to-market strategies
- establish sales objectives
- partner cross-functionally for launch readiness
- drive sales growth
- design organizational structure
- recruit and develop top sales talent
- ensure effective field execution, customer engagement, and compliance
- serve as a senior external ambassador and contribute to enterprise strategy
- Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred)
- 15+ years in biopharmaceutical sales, with 7+ years managing large, dispersed specialty biotech or pharma teams
- proven success launching biologics, especially in immunology, allergy, dermatology, or related fields
- experience with complex payer and access environments
- ability to travel up to 50%
- prior product launch experience within emerging biotech
- familiarity with specialty distribution channels, advanced analytics tools, and field force effectiveness platforms
High Value: biologics, immunology/allergy/dermatology, Phase 2/3 clinical stages, commercial launch, specialty sales leadership, complex access landscape.
Work Setup: US-based, traveling up to half the time.
