Paint the Way interns are treated as integral team members, their ideas and contributions valued. While interns may focus on a specific discipline, the program provides exposure to the interconnectedness of various roles within the company, helping them make informed career decisions. This holistic approach ensures a well-rounded experience that prepares interns for success in their chosen fields.
