Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Day Time Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”):
  You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program
  :
  In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, loading docks, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed, and report policy violations, maintenance issues, and other security-related matters.
• Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with traffic and/or delivery flow when needed, and completing required logs, incident reports, and communication updates.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver s license will be required for driving positions only.
