** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.

+ Monitor front desk activity, manage access control processes, verify identification as directed by site policies, and help to deter unauthorized entry in a professional manner.

+ Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

+ Answer questions, direct visitors, support sign-in processes, and maintain accurate front desk records related to security-related operations and visitor management.

+ Observe lobby and reception areas for potential concerns, report maintenance and/or security-related issues, and support a professional atmosphere at the location.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + A minimum of 2 or more years of security-related experience is required.

+ Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
