$18.63 / Hour

Fri: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six‑month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

• Provide customer service to all visitors, contractors, and employees by following site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and other security‑related policies at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, operational areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information when required, and document daily events, observations, and incident details in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city issued security‑related license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
