Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or credentials, issuing visitor passes, and documenting arrivals and departures in accordance with location policies;
Answer and route calls, assist with directions, and communicate with staff regarding visitor access, deliveries, and other security-related concerns in a calm, professional manner;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate personnel and completing required reports;
Observe activity in the lobby and reception area to help support a professional environment and help to deter unauthorized access and other security-related issues
